Passes & Tickets

Accreditations and passes (exchangeable for sessions) and individual tickets are already on sale.

You can purchase individual tickets, passes, and accreditations on our website or ONLY individual tickets at the cinema box office. Passes/accreditations cannot be purchased or exchanged at the festival box office, only online.

If you want to buy tickets in advance, you can only do so through our website.

We will open the box office on the first day of the festival.

You can purchase passes, accreditations, and individual tickets through our website. Select the type of ticket you want to purchase or the individual tickets you want. You will need to register or log in to the ticket sales page (All In) and proceed with the purchase. Remember that passes and accreditations do not grant access to the venue; these must be exchanged for individual tickets.

You can purchase multiple individual tickets for the same day at once. If you select various documentaries from different days, you will need to exchange and purchase them one by one. Tickets do not accumulate across different days of the Festival.

Passes and accreditations can already be exchanged for individual tickets by following these steps:

• Select the tickets for the documentaries you want to attend.
• Once selected, click on the “purchase” button at the bottom of the list. Purchases must be made by day or individual passes.
• The “All In” ticket sales page will appear, where you will need to log in.
• Upon logging in, your order will appear. You only need to accept the terms of use and click the “exchange for credits” button.
• A page with the tickets already reserved will appear, and if desired, you can download your ticket now or access your account later (All In) to do so.
• You will also receive an email with the tickets you have exchanged.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON TICKET PURCHASE AND EXCHANGE:

Both the exchange of passes and accreditations and the sale of individual tickets can be done by day or by individual passes. If you select various documentaries from different days and do not exchange and/or purchase them, you will lose the selection and will have to start over.

To check the tickets and/or passes purchased or exchanged, go to (All In) and log in with the same username and password you used for the purchase.

You can show your ticket on your smartphone, but make sure the document opens correctly and have it ready before entering.

Remember that the purchase receipt is NOT valid as a ticket; you must have the PDF ticket.

No. The facilities offered by the Festival with this variety of systems to obtain tickets involve very careful control of the venue’s capacity. Therefore, just like in a regular cinema, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Yes, no tickets are reserved for box office sales.
